IPAA Victoria is thrilled to announce nominations are now open for the prestigious Victorian Fellowship.
We encourage you to nominate peers and colleagues who have shown exemplary service and outstanding commitment to the public sector at local, Victorian, national, and international levels.
The Victorian Fellowship recognises professionals who are champions of the public purpose sector and allows us to celebrate individuals dedicated to realising public value in their work and who uphold high ethical standards and integrity. The Victorian Fellowship aims to recognise exceptional leaders who have gone above and beyond.
Eligible nominees include those from all levels of government (Commonwealth, state, and local), community, academic or private sectors with a public purpose, or those engaged in public administration study or research.
Nomination Criteria:
- Demonstrated service and ongoing commitment to communities.
- Significant contribution to the creation and ongoing realisation of public value.
- Acts with integrity with all colleagues and peers and upholds high ethical standards, reflecting the values that IPAA Victoria embraces.
The Victorian Fellowship award is an important opportunity to recognise the contributions of extraordinary service in the public purpose sector. I encourage you to work with your organisation to nominate your exceptional leaders, those who go above and beyond in service of our community.

Nomination Details:
- Nominations can be made by a Victorian Fellow, IPAA Victoria personal member, or an employee of an organisation member.
- Self-nominations are not accepted.
- Deadline: Friday 13 September 2024, 11:59 pm (AEST).
Up to six individuals are awarded the Victorian Fellowship by the IPAA Victoria Board each year, with winners announced during our Awards Ceremony later this year.. Given the competitive nature, not all nominees may be successful.
