IPAA Victoria reveals the Top 50 established and emerging public sector women at awards ceremony
IPAA Victoria was delighted to reveal this year’s Top 50 Public Sector Women recipients at an awards presentation ceremony on Thursday 18 April 2024 at the RACV City Club.
Over 300 guests attended the event to honour and celebrate the inspiring achievements of women leaders who demonstrate significant commitment to the sector. As one of IPAA Victoria’s most prestigious individual awards, the Top 50 Public Sector Women awards recognise tremendous achievements and commitment to public service through two categories Established Leader and Emerging Leader. The cohort of winners was selected through a rigorous judging and due diligence process.
This year’s 34 Established Leaders include many high-profile senior executives across the Victorian Public Sector, including CEOs across local government areas, a General Manager of Service Delivery, and Executive Directors across fields of digital policy, strategy, operations, public health, ambulance, emergency care and access, and Koori programs and initiatives.
The 16 Emerging Leaders comprise professionals in areas of primary care system improvement, working places and sustainability, civil justice and managers involved in transport, planning and growth, and program planning and system reform.
