Course overview
Facilitated over three-online engaging deliveries, each session will connect learning to contemporary skills and knowledge essential to understanding ethics and integrity in government practice.
Through the lens of the public sector, learning will explore contemporary examples, understanding the dynamics of professional relationships, evaluation of the role and impact of advice in decision-making processes, and examination of organisational culture on individual and team performance.
Course outcomes
Program outcomes are mapped to the VPS Capability Framework where learning will enable confidence in upholding integrity, to implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
