IPAA Victoria’s Executive Masterclass: Integrity in Focus supports Executives to reset integrity expectations across your organisation. The sector is undergoing significant change, which leads to an increased need to recalibrate expectations around integrity, ethics and building leaders’ capacity and capabilities to support their staff.
This hands-on Masterclass is practical and features Jane Brockington, a specialist integrity facilitator. The session is designed to be instructive, interactive and held under the Chatham House Rule fostering a safe space to speak openly and discuss real life integrity challenges that executives face on a daily basis.
Course overview
This course specifically equips staff with the ability to respond appropriately through engaging in difficult conversations, supporting their colleagues who have been unfairly treated and understanding the relevant reporting channels that are available to them. This is a practical and practice-based training that builds competency in the skills of supporting others and responding appropriately through providing participants with a set of guiding principles.
