IPAA Victoria is proud to launch our Strategic Themes 2023–24. The Strategic Themes are a result of deep listening and engagement with sector leaders, conversations with member organisations and in response to the ongoing needs of professionals who operate in the public purpose sector.

Strategic Refresh

In an evolving world, we at IPAA Victoria challenge ourselves on the best role we can play to advance the public purpose profession and the spirit of service to inspire outstanding public purpose leadership.

As part of our Strategic Refresh 2020–26, we have clearly defined strategic directions and priorities, and a wide range of professional offerings to support our members.
