The People Leaders Online Course definitely exceeded my expectations! Allie’s facilitation style was a unique blend of imparting knowledge, modelling behaviour and eliciting individual experiences and insights. The weekly 2 hours sessions (over 4 weeks) also enabled me to work around other commitments whilst also enabling time for reflection between sessions. Highly recommend.

I found this experience really though provoking and also very tangible to the ways in which I operate/reflect and work as a leader. I looked forward to the sessions each week, and would consistency debrief with my Direct up line about what I learnt and what I would like to start to implement or reflect further on as a result
