  • Vale Dr Alf Smith

    IPAA Victoria Fellow and Deputy Secretary at the Department of Business and Innovation, Alf Smith passed away suddenly on 17th January 2012.
    Alf was made an IPAA Victoria Fellow in 2006 and was always generous in sharing his professional expertise and experience, particularly in managing large capital works projects.
